The next goal is to create a device that can talk back and forth with a host. I’ve added a new section that specs out the communications protocol for a custom communications HID device, as well as some example of hypothetical transmissions. The next update will complete the design of the device. Get a load of the write up here.

In other news, I’ve just gotten back from vacation and it was very relaxing. I went to visit a friend in Turkey for a few days and that region of the world is absolutely beautiful. It is not all sand and camels as the traditional stereotype would make you believe.

They have disabled my Adsense account and decided not to pay me what they owe. It really feels like Google is the new Microsoft (in a bad way). Anyways, I am currently on vacation and will be back to writing articles very soon. For now, I’m going with AdBrite as an Advertiser. If you would like to advertise on Engscope please let me know.

The theme got changed a bit and I put up a new header. I hope the headaches of being a webmaster will finally subside. A big shout-out to all webmasters out there, it is not an easy job! I didn’t know what I was getting myself into when I started Engscope.
