My head is going to explode. The last two weeks have been a giant game of “connect the dots” from hell. I’m completing the my first BGA layout, and as you can see, connecting 484 pins on ONE single chip is a nightmare of twisted copper and FR4. You are looking at an 8 layer PCB board in the CAD process. Disgusting isn’t it?
At least in 3D view, it looks quite good. Let’s hope this thing works when it comes back from fab.
