I found some time and finished the UART section. It discusses a UART repeater, and takes advantage of resources learned during part 1 of the UART tutorial for the PIC24. Enjoy. Been busy of late, the Potomac is running wild, and I got a lot of paddling to do.

Alright you engineers, I had to separate the UART section into two parts because it was getting too long. However, the smart monkeys will be able to figure out how the UART module on the PIC24 works with just the first part. I’ll write up part two of the UART very soon.

Okay a lot of people are asking for the UART section of the PIC24 tutorial, since it’s “universal” and all. It is in the works, and I’ll have it up by the end of this week. All of you with deadlines and stuff, hang in there.

In other news, the rivers are running, and it’s getting warm. I’ve been kayaking a lot and hitting the white foam frequently, which means I’ll probably have even less time to finish these damned tutorials. They’ll be completed eventually… I hope. I’ll post pictures if I get a chance.
